Because you havent booked directly with the courier service. In fact ParcelABC would be account holder who has placed your order with the courier service, so when you contact the courier because your parcel has arrived smashed to pieces, they cant help you, you have to deal with ParcelABC who will drag the process on for months. Do yourself a favour and just book directly with the courier service, SERIOUSLY.
