Firstly, despite their website promising a delivery time of 9 days, I ended up waiting a staggering 3 months before my parcel finally arrived. Upon opening the package, I was horrified to find that my puffer jacket was missing, and the parcel had been tampered with. It was clear that someone had intentionally opened my parcel and stolen my valuable item. When I contacted ParcelABC's customer service for assistance, I was met with nothing but disdain and disrespect. The representative, Michal, had the audacity to offer me a mere €25 as compensation for an item that cost me over €400. Despite my understandable frustration and anger, I was met with dismissiveness and arrogance. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. ParcelABC's inability to deliver packages in a timely manner, coupled with their disregard for customer satisfaction, makes them unworthy of anyone's trust.
