I paid a £75 deposit for a caravan holiday but when the balance was due they didn't notify me and cancelled my booking due to non payment. They were impossible to contact by phone or e-mail so I re-booked on line. The price was £50 more and they refused to refund my original deposit. The actual holiday was fine but their customer service is appalling.
