Terrible service and lack of feedback for my order. I ordered the pashmina on the 19th of October, it took until the 23rd for them to ship it, and they gave me no indication that they would demand signature on delivery when I didn’t request it. I had hoped the item would arrive in time for my trip on the 30th and although I requested for it to be delivered without signature this didn’t happen. They use Fedex, which don’t give the customer any control over their shipment which they have paid for, and FedEx have been completely useless at carrying out my request. There were only two feeble knee-jerk responses from the vendor to Fedex to follow up and now it’s been 5 days of no progress. Buyer beware if you aren’t home to receive your order. I am no longer interested in dealing with this company other than to receive a refund for being treated so poorly.
