I had ordered the scarf 8th Nov 2024. Till 16th Nov, I did not know what is the status of my order, as I did not receive the scarf neither any notification if it is shippers or not.
On 16th Nov I finally messaged to ask the status, The customer service person firstly did not know the status and said he will revert back. After not receiving any message, I had to write back , wherein I was told that the scarf is not shipped.
When asked why was it not, I got a very unapologetic response saying a delay of few days is always there and should not be an issue.
Considering the delay and fact that the scarf was not shipped, I asked for a refund. Surprisingly,the refund was processed within no time!!! Not once did the customer service personnel said that the scarf will be shipped immediately or yay or tomorrow, it was very happy to process the refund.
I had heard a good reputation about Pashmina. Com, and hence had decided to buy from you. But the experience has left a very bad taste.
