Our shipment arrived in only 1 day and everything was fully frozen. Since we are in Hawaii, this was a very pleasant surprise. So far we have had drumsticks and chicken breasts. When thawed they are very clean and nice to work with. The taste and texture are wonderful. I am very excited to try the other cuts. Thighs on the grill are next. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.
