I was impressed with everything! Shipment arrived on time and still frozen. Usually the chicken I buy in grocery stores is loaded with fat that I have to trim--no trimming with these chicken thighs! I braised them with some apricots and green olives but it was the chicken that was full of flavor--tender and juicy. No regrets with this purchase!
