I purchased a pack of 10 whole chickens from PastureBird.com recently. So far, I’ve cooked 6 of them, 5 different ways and they all turned out wonderful! These chickens are full of collagen because the broth from the carcasses congeals a lot thicker than the store-bought chickens (organic or not). They looked clean and didn’t smell. Best chicken I have ever purchased. I just ordered another 10 whole chickens!
