This holiday order has been a nightmare. Ordered 12/10. Scheduled to arrive 12/14, then 12/16. Late on 12/17 I sent an email requesting an update and Meredith advised me the order would not not be delivered at all due to a "sorting delay" [I assume that was at Fedex but she didn't say]. A reorder was processed by you on 12/18 with a zero balance and a presumed delivery sometime after Jan 3, according to Meredith's email. Then on 12/22 I received an email from Fedex [with the old order number] saying the order was on route!? I had planned to share your fabulous chicken with family from out of state in hopes of converting them to real free-range chicken, but that is not going to happen. I feel badly for you and I feel badly for my guests and I feel greatly annoyed by the whole covid I-don't-want-to-get-a-vaccine nonsense that has ground this country to a halt. Repeatedly.
