Pasturedbird has always been a great place to purchase pastured chicken while I am in California. I’m so glad they ship to other states. I purchase the spatchcocked chickens, roast them, take most of the cooked chicken off and make up a big batch of chicken bone broth. Recently, I purchased the boneless skinless breasts .. all of the chicken I purchased has been fresh tasting and absolutely delicious! I ran out of chicken and purchased “other” pastured chicken from a well know natural/organic market. It tasted like old feathers. I would rather do without chicken, but I am grateful that I don’t have to because Pasturedbird will ship it to me while I am in Oregon.
