Just received another shipment from Pasturebird. This time it was wings. And as usual, full of good flavor and low on fat. Bad weather in the west cause our shipment to be delayed so I was nervous as I was afraid they would be ruined. But I was reassured by Pasturebird that they would be fine, and they were. Still solidly frozen and still had plenty of dry ice! They know what they are doing!
