Pasturebird has a strong following on a wine bulletin board I participate in - WineBersekers - and as this group is passionate about food, I gave Pasturebird a shot. So far (a few breasts, thighs, and full bird consumed), I'm very happy with the product. Well-butchered, great portions, great flavor. I'm going to buy more. My only suggestion: Work on the exterior box rigidity. I picked up about 35# of yardbird from you, and the box wasn't stable enough to handle it. The fedex guy got it to me and it had to be reinforced by tape by them en route. Other than that - bravo!
