Unhappy with shipping and safety of product. 6 packages were open upon arrival. Made a complaint to company and was advised by customer service that it happens with shipping and they were using new packaging. They offered a 10 % discount on my next order. I had to throw away the 6 opened packages because I did not know if they were sent that way or damaged in transit. Not taking any chances folks. Should have been at least offered a refund or replacement for the damaged product. I have ordered $1000s from other online retailers and never experienced problems such as this. The box did not even contain dry ice as stated on their website. Order at your own risk.
