We ordered from Pasturebird but, did not try the Chicken Breasts right away. The truth being we were so burnt out on the big box, hormone grown, turkey sized, rubber chicken breasts. That changed last night preparing for a Super Bowl gathering. The chicken flesh was a beautiful health pink. It did not have white line or freezer burn. The product cooked up amazingly well and had a great flavor. It was completely gone after the 1st past by the food table. The only issue I have was the number of small pieces of trim that was in the package. Not sure if that was done to make an average weight or not. Full breasts are easier to plan dinner around.
