I had my first Pasturbird whole chicken and thighs. The quality is excellent; the chicken has a very tender texture. The darker meat has a somewhat richer flavor than other organic chicken .I am also happy to support regenerative farming.
There were initial glitches in sending my order and my subscription account. But, othehrwise extremely satisfied!
