This was my first purchase. To be fair, the quality of the chicken is excellent, much better than M***'s that I have been buying. Be prepared, communication is terrible! First, my tracking said delivery was expected Wed. & when it didn't arrive Thursday I sent an email & no response. On Sunday morning there was a box of half-thawed chicken on my porch, tracking now changed to not yet left CA. I was able to salvage 3 packs of chicken from the bottom of box still cold. I have sent 3 emails so far, & no reply from Pasturebird. Maybe they will read this review & take the time to reach out.
