Love your chicken. I have only ordered twice and while this order was less thawed than the previous one (you have improved the packaging by adding the foil-like insulating), several packages were completely thawed and needed to be cooked ASAP. Also, I did not realize the box was wet on the bottom due to leakage inside and by the time I unloaded my box it had leaked chicken juice all over the floor despite the padding on the bottom. :(
I will probably order again, but will try to order when it is not summer and the risk of leaky chicken is lower.
