I requested a ship date which was confirmed. I rec'd email stating my shipping label was created 1 wk early. I emailed and was told it would not ship for 1 wk, on the requested date.It showed up 2 days later, causing a huge scramble to make room in freezer under pressure. Sev items had to be removed. Thank goodness I was not out of town. Not a great 1st impression. Should have option to select ship date on website. Not having a customer service phone number is poor service. Email response was reasonably prompt and courteous. I hope the chicken tastes good.
