I used and broke down 5 whole birds for a private yakitori dinner this past weekend,
and they were DELICIOUS. The meat/color of the birds is clearly different than store bought chicken.
I just hope that the option of heart/liver can be added in the future, as these are some of the most delicious parts of the chicken and shouldn't go to waste!
