Overall, the product is amazing which is why I am giving 3 stars. However, my most recent order was delayed (not pasturebirds fault) but sat in a warehouse all weekend and was only slightly cool when it finally arrived. Upon contacting them, they did send out another package. This package has also been delayed and will be sitting in a warehouse all weekend once again. Love the product but I think the shipping process needs some fine tuning. Maybe only ship out on Mondays and do a maximum of 3 day shipping? Not sure the solution but definitely think it needs to be explored.
