I am getting no communication regarding an order I placed before Christmas to be sent to my son in Chicago. At first the tracking showed he would receive the order that was shipped 12/26 and then the tracking stopped the day before delivery. I've inquired via email and Meredith has been no help in tracking and giving me information as to what happened to my son's order and when, if ever, he will receive the gift I ordered. Her last communication was on 1/4/23....a week ago. I realize that the holidays and bad weather have hampered deliveries but the lack of updates leaves me feeling that you guys really don't care. Sad...because I really enjoy your chicken and wanted to share that experience with my son as well. Kathy Scarpuzzi
