The quality of the chicken is great, the ethical mission behind the company is a huge attraction, and the price is really decent for what you're getting. My only complaint is with the packaging - so much plastic, including foam inserts. I know this is one of the challenges of being a company that tried to deliver convenience in the modern age, and there are ecological impacts of shipping straight to my door as it is, but I've seen 100% recyclable, paper-based cooler packaging on the non-dairy ice cream I ordered, so if they can find a way with a frozen product that can't be allowed to thaw, I'm sure it can be done for chicken too.
