The quality of the chicken is amazing. The only issue I had was the delivery of the order on January 13th. Fedex at first showed that the order was going to be delivered on January 16th and then the delivery date disappeared. When I sent a message, I received a response that the order would be sent out on the 23rd. So I waited till the 27th and sent another message. Got a response that it was delivered a week prior ( I still had not gotten the box ). They wanted more information and by that time I was done with answering questions. I did receive it over two weeks after I ordered it but at that time I ended up ordering another box and that box came in less than a week. I got very irritated because I felt like they did not get what I was saying and didn't know what I was talking about. That was the only issue, with that being said I will still order again from this company due to the quality of the food.
