WOW, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT Shippement delay told customer service about it but was given a standard answer. After the product arrived at my house 1 week later and at an inside-the-box temperature of 70 degrees I was told a replacement order was on its way. At the end of the week, no product and I'm not sure if they would have let me know if I didn't reach out. They said they will refund but since the replacement box was at no cost I have to waste my valuable time sending another email making sure they refund the original order, not the zero-cost replacement order.
