Need to improve order process, especially upcoming subscription box orders. I received an email that the subscription was on hold because of weather and then month later I made a custom order and shortly after that my subscription order was scheduled. Once you put subscriptions on hold there should be communication that the subscription is being scheduled again and request if the customer is ready to resume.
