I’m definitely a believer in the mobile coop concept, however I wanted to give you all some honest feedback. If you can freeze the chicken in a flat manner, instead of a chunk, it would be best. It takes forever to de frost and causes over cooking. Also not sure why my entire house smelled really bad when I cooked the chicken, not sure what caused that to happen. You all have excellent customer service, appreciate it!
