I was impressed by how quickly the birds were delivered. They were perfectly packaged and all equally frozen; I bought 5.
I have eaten one so far and it was fairly tasteless when cooked in the instant pot where I usually have very good results. It is chewy which is expected from pastured animals. It was not as tender or juicy as I would have liked. The broth is exceptionally gelatinous though.
