This whole chicken was very tasty as my granddaughter says when she approves of a food choice. I will be ordering from you again - I have to figure out how to not pay so much with shipping next time. I used the package directions for roasting the chicken in the oven - it was perfect. I used the bones to make a deliciousj bone broth. Thank you for giving us Americans a choice.
