Shipping statement. Recommend that the company comes up with a better way of shipping their goods. I ordered 12 lbs of goods, asked for expedited shipping. Was told an extra brick of ice be added. In two days from a state next door the order arrived a quarter thawed. Shocked because the box itself was outrageously large for the order, meaning all that extra space was nothing but hot air. Literally. Recommend shipping like Force of Nature or NorthStar Bison. This was the third time. First two times… chicken wasn’t no longer frozen. Not good.
