Pasturebird is this generations pioneer on bringing modern technology and old school traditional (pre- industrial revolution) farming benefits together to yeild a better product for our people and for our planet. Pasturebird is true sustainability in ever part of the value chain that it can affect. As renewable energy becomes more prevelent in transportation it will get even better for all of us. All this, plus the chicken itself is flavorful and it provides me the peace of mind that i'm serving my family and teaching my students about clean food that is twice as nutritionally dense and infintely better for our planet. It is my hope that our food system evolves with this approach embedded in all practices within all sectors of agriculture as we move forward.
