These patches are amazing, our family use the kids multivamins, adult multivitamins, glutathione plus, omega 3 plus, allergy plus and vitamin c plus patches, alternate each day as needed, they clear the head, no brain fog, boost energy levels and we find they aid restorative sleep. Very well absorbed and dosed slowly into the body over 8 hours. Even on delicate skin the patches are well tolerated. We find them much better to use than oral alternatives as we have digestive issues that make oral versions less effective. 5 stars for the patches we use, wouldn't want to be without them
