Klantenservice is zeer slecht bereikbaar.
zolang alles goed gaat, is er geen probleem, snelle levering en goede producten
maar als je een vraag hebt, of op een andere manier iets moet van PBC, is het lange adem hebben.
Uiteindelijk is het tot nu toe goed gekomen, alleen je moet geduld hebben (meerdere dagen wachten op reactie op een simpele vraag bijvoorbeeld)
