Order #79595. Placed this order two weeks ago for 2 length of soffits. Lead time on web site says 1-5 days. Try phoning for ETA update but recorded message just redirect to online chat, which in turn seems to be permanently offline. Got to the point where I'm happy to do click & collect, but there is no way to contact them.
