For my story, which was a children’s book, I wanted suggestions on how to improve the story line and the use of better vocabulary. Besides that, I wanted to get my book’s cover designed. Their writers submitted me an editorial report clarifying the strengths and weaknesses in the story; I ended up liking it so I asked them if they could assist me with rewriting it. The first green flag was that their authors didn’t take much time to submit me the first delivery, and the second one was that they did it with perfection. I mean the hard work and the dedication could be seen through their words. The cover they submitted was also as stunning as the rewrite for my files. However, I liked working with them because of their highly professional work ethics and I have no words for the customer service I received. They make you feel like a valued client.
