2 pens ordered , received - unclear why one was not packaged as securely as the other .
For that reason -1 star*
My concern is whether this other pen was possibly a return and if so whilst new should have been stated as such . I don’t have time to order another from elsewhere - but not confident about ordering from this store again. First and last order.
