Will never use again. I have never complained about a car insurance company before. I have had to make phone call after phone call to try and get windscreen sorted. Then when I complained about the service and myself having to do the above. I was called a liar and told it was down to me to answer my phone. Which I found strange as they did not have my number as they wrote it down wrong. Shocking service.
