By far the worse car ins company I have ever had, avoid at all costs (and mine was very expensive, considering I am paying £140. Less this year with the AA) I emailed them within the time limit to notify them of an indecent I had in my car, they did respond with wanting more evidence which I sent, that was in April 24 and to date mid Aug 24 no contact from them, no acknowledgement, no calls, no return email. I decided to sort the problem myself than deal with this company. Without going into too many details, I would seriously reconsider taking any insurance out with this company. That's my experience and wanted to share it so to avoid anyone else being ripped off, the sad part is, even with this review no one from Pepercorn Ins wili read this and contact me. My fault for being so stupid allowing myself to take car Ins with them in the first instance, live and learn.
