The initial order of a stationary pack including antennas took one week from purchase to delivery, however upon opening I found the incorrect plug for the cel fi (car attachment instead of AC adapter). This was resolved by a phone call and email and the correct adapter arrived four days after making the complaint. The prompt service meant that I was able to complete set up 13 days after ordering. More due care at the time of packaging would have been appropriate. Cel fi is now up and running and is giving good coverage at this stage.
