In terms of the products - 5-stars in terms of doing what they are supposed to and at a reasonable price :-). The front-end web-site is pretty easy to use and ordering is not an issue and there is tracking available. I have purchased twice from Perception Lighting and twice there was a delay in the back-end warehouse in terms of confirmation. In saying that once the back-end warehouse processed the order delivery was prompt and tracked. If you order from Perception Lighting just check the order has been processed at the back-end - they are very responsive to emails.
