Purchased an Optus Cel-fi over 12months ago and the service and after sales service was great thats why when purchasing another Cel-fi, Telstra one this time i didn’t hesitate to purchase again, even though i could have bought it cheaper from other suppliers. When unit arrived the cover was cracked, I immediately contacted Perception lighting and they told , oh its just a batch problem we will send you a new cover, after spending over $900 and 5 phone calls later and speaking with Steven, to give myself piece of mind i asked for a new unit and he said he would. I received the unit today and its the old unit with different cover!!!! Not at all happy with service this time !!!
