Afgter a missunderstanding around purchase terms, I was directed to the Perception Lighting Web site and using paypal to make the purchase removed any issues around purchasing terms. The Manager was very helpful once the missunderstanding was resolved.
As for the prodeuct, well worth the initial hassle to continue with the pruchase. This is the only brand I wanted as it ticks all the boxes.
If you intend to purchase, use paypal as your payment option.
