I received an email from Couriers Please saying my parcel was delivered. Not to me! I contacted Couriers Please but got nothing from the robot. No humans in the customer service section there. Contacted Perception Lighting after a few more days and asked if they could find who the corier had delivered my air fryer to. Turns out it got delivered to Perception Lighting as their details were listed in the receiver section when they filled in the courier booking. Perception Lighting phoned me after I reached out to them for help. It was sent again but this time to me. I received it yesterday. So this was somewhat of a debacle so I can't give a higher number of stars.
