Whilst the product supplied was outstanding, the refund policy has left me with a sour tatse. After numerous emails highlighting the issue that the LED is NOT a plug and play with a simple installation the refusal to to refund my postage cost because it was deemed I have changed my mind. I wanted to have these lights installed but the Mazda 6 which is identified as being a suitable fit was not actually the case. 3 independent auto places confirmed this along with one workshop identified by Perception lighting as being the place to go to have fitted. So I believe no wrong has been done by myself as the consumer, yet I have paid a price at the end of the day with no LED lights. Dissappointed with the outcome
