Performance Coaching has been a fantastic asset to my business & my mindset. The coaching is focussed on 6 buidling blocks that are really the foundation to business (Mindset, CRM, timeblocking, tactical empathy, process tracking & numbers management ). Focussing on these core items is simple, and yet rarely done. It has given me a structure to follow & has been so so powerful. In a landscape that is quickly changing, these foundational principles are so so important, yet as agents, we often run from them instead of too them. In terms of the industry shifts, Performance Coaching has been miles ahead of the rest of the industry & has been coaching on how to adapt to these changes, long before this was an industry wide discussion.
