I added an item into my wishlish. One day, they notified me that the item is back in stock. I came online and ordered it immediately. Then I waited for 6 days, there was no updates on my order, the order said "Packaging". I contacted the support, and supporter told me that it was just delayed because of covid-19 outbreak. I totally understand this situation and said that I will wait for one more week then. And after 2 days more, I received an email saying that my item is out of stock and they will credit me in the account instead. How could this happen? I ordered immediately after receiving the notification. They hold it for 8 days, then told me that my item became out of stock after 8 days. They probably didn't sell item base on the order time and sold that to someone who ordered after my order. I would not recommend PetCircle if you don't want to be upset like me. Stay away from it. I won't do any more business with PetCircle. P/S: In the email, they told me to add this item to wishlist so that I can order immediately next time. This is more funny, right? I did it and it doesn't work as it should be.
