I had an order that was marked delivered, it was not, the lady on the phone was very helpful... however I'm unsure if they had lost my package or what ... as I had to write to them via email a few times and each time got a vague answer. The most recent correspondence one of the workers told me they tried to deliver my package yesterday but there was no safe place to do so.... funny as I had a package delivered from pet circle today and Monday we have a very large undercover verandah.. I didn't appreciate being lied to. I am so unhappy with the service. I replied to that email but surprise surprise, no one got back to me.. so disappointing
