Hit or miss it's truly unpredictable whether Pet Circle will knock it out of the park or completely flop. I ordered replacement supplements for my dog two weeks before my supply ended. I did receive a Pet Circle delivery but it was someone else's order. When I requested my order be sent to me, they went out of their way to let me know they would not charge me for the replacement order. Interesting distinction, given they packed and sent me the completely wrong order. It's unfortunate because when they get it right, they do a good job but they are not dependable, and accepting responsibility is not their strong suit.
