I had a flea and tick product on order and it never arrived. When I followed up, they investigated and advised my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock, but hadn't bothered to give me a refund or even let me know! The customer service guy re-ordered it for me again, however it was cancelled again. I received a refund this time. Then I ordered a snuffle mat for my dog, and after 2 weeks when it hadn't arrived, I followed up only to be told the courier hadn't delivered it and couldn't find it. I was offered a refund or the mat to be resent. By now the mat was on sale for half the price, so I should have asked for the refund and then re-ordered it, because I never got a a partial refund. I understand its their policy but its not my fault things I order don't arrive and I have absolutely zero contact from Pet Circle until I have to do all the follow up. Very frustrating.
