I have been a customer of Pet Circle for many years. They have always been quick with delivery and very competitive in pricing. I did a big order for my cavoodle of 13 years and 9 months a week ago. However due to unforeseen circumstances, my beloved pet had to be put down 2 days after the order was placed.. The order arrived the next day. I called Customer Service and explained the circumstances, asking if I could return the goods ( still boxed). The lady on the phone was very sympathetic and said they would send me a refund and to donate the goods to someone else or to a dog shelter. Thank you Pet Circle for your kindness. I would highly recommend their goods and services to anyone.
