I ordered goods from Pet Circle- re. PAWS FOR LIFE BOLSTER MAT GREY MEDIUM SIZE for the Medium Cage. But Pet Circle sent me a large size MAT, which I received on Thursday, 28 March 2024. I sent an email to Pet Circle on Friday, 29 March 2024 Re. Wrong size MAT. I am very disappointed that Pet Circle has not sent me the medium-sized PAWS FOR LIFE BOLSTER MAT GREY. I sent a few emails to Pet Circle re. The wrong size MATT that I received & do not receive the correct Medium Size MATT up to date Friday 5 April 2024. Is anyone at the PET CIRCLE can rectify the problems & send me a medium-sized MATT as soon as possible. Also, please pick up the TWO WRONG SIZE MATT BACK TO PET CIRCLE.
